Graphplot 2 - threed16.ocx error update
After successful installation of Graphplot 2 some customers may experience an error message when trying to run the program:
"Can't load or register custom control: THREED16.OCX"

If this error is displayed please download the above update file. Once you have downloaded the update from the above link you will need to copy file 'UPDATE' onto a floppy disk. Using the My Computer feature from within Windows, browse the content of the floppy disk and double click on the file called update. The screen will the quickly change and then change back to the browse window for the floppy disk. Once this has happened the required THREED16.OCX file will have been copied to your system and the program will work. NB: You will have to do this on each individual computer that displays the error dialogue box. If you require any further help contact the Technical Support Helpline on 0161 827 2778 .

Table Road - Table Road Administrator update
Some users may not be able to display all the % records for completed activities in the Administrators section. Please download the above file and then replace the old TRAdmin.exe file with the download. HWUTL - Early Victorians - Networking File
Once the image of the Early Victorians CD has been set-up on the file server or the CD has been inserted into a CD stack or tower you must run the above file on to each workstation. Double click on the icon to run the installation. This set-up routine copies essential system files to the workstation and places a shortcut in the Start Menu. To access the program click on the shortcut and the first time you do this an error message will appear stating that the CD cannot be found. Click on the Locate button and navigate to the path where the data from the CD is stored. Click on OK and the program will work across your network. Please note: It is important that you do not run the installation from the CD, as this installation does not allow the CD to be networked.
